Description:
La Parmigiana, established in 1978, has become renowned as the foremost Italian restaurant in Scotland. The Head Chef and Owner, Sandro Giovanizzi, prides himself in using the best fresh local produce combined with Italian ingredients and culinary technique, resulting in dishes that are unequalled even in Italy. His seafood and game dishes wonderfully demonstrate both his Mediterranean influences and his expert knowledge of the Scottish hunting season.

Indicative menu: Lobster ravioli with a basil cream; poached fillet of salmon with balsamic vinegar sauce, grilled courgettes and baby boiled potatoes; cold cappucino soufflé with strawberries and hazelnuts

Prices per person: Lunch £9 - £15 Dinner £9.50 - £15
