Bluu's first Scottish venture is situated on the corner of Albion Street and Trongate in the heart of the Merchant City. It centres on the sold building block of top quality food, drink, presentation and service in one seamless environment. The site operates with three distinct areas: a ground floor bar offering premium beers, wine, spirits and cocktails, an a la carte restaurant offering fine dining in an unpretentious relaxed atmosphere and a basement club that offers live bands and DJ's with an area for dancing the night away.

Indicative menu: Buffalo Mozzarella Ravioli with Spicy Pineapple Salsa, Slow Roast Pork Belly, Apple Rosti & Ramsay's Black Pudding, Iced Malteser Parfait & White Chocolate Sauce.

Prices per person: Bar: lunch - 8.00 and dinner 15.00 Restaurant: lunch 15.00 - 25.00 and dinner 35.00 - 45.00 Fast track lunch and pre-theatre 10.00 for two courses Sunday recovery menu - 15.00 for 3 courses
