Description:
Camerons offers a return to classic standards in dining. It skillfully achieves the elusive status of an intimate restaurant in a landmark city centre hotel. The restaurant serves contemporary International cuisine using the freshest of Scottish produce. Many patrons are regulars who return to enjoy the friendly yet discreet service and innovative modern food.
Indicative menu: mussels and queenie scallops, puff pastry, braised leeks, Canir cream; roasted saddle of Rannoch Moor venison, parsnip Dauphinoise, savoy cabbage, lentils and smoked bacon; a taste of puddings with Scottish liquors: strawberry and Glayva sorbet, Drambuie and vanilla pod brulée, Glenmorangie and orange parfait.
