The Amber Regent is a long established restaurant, situated in a convenient City Centre location. The restaurant boasts plush décor and elegant surroundings which are complimented by a range of oil paintings of Chinese scenes by a Glasgow Artist, creating a very welcoming ambience.
Indicative menu: Specialising in Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine combining fresh Scottish produce with traditional Chinese ingredients, e.g. sliced venison in mandarin sauce, aromatic crispy lamb, stuffed duck with mashed prawn on oyster sauce.
