La Parmigiana, established in 1978, has become renowned as the foremost Italian restaurant in Scotland.
The Head Chef and Owner, Sandro Giovanizzi, prides himself in using the best fresh local produce combined with Italian ingredients and culinary technique, resulting in dishes that are unequalled even in Italy.
