Etain Glasgow Restaurant
Etain, an award winning modern French restaurant, is Sir Terence Conran's first destination restaurant in the UK outside London. Opened in June 2003,étain provides an intimate and elegant setting with a sense of glamour and occasion. The menu, rooted in French tradition, offers carefully prepared and simply presented dishes using the very best Scottish regional produce.
Indicative menu: Grilled breast of wood pigeon, endive compote, Arran grain mustard potato salad; Honey and spice glazed duck leg confit, Lyonnaise potatoes, celeriac puree, red chard and Madeira dressing; Warm Galette of plum tomatoes and courgettes, with olive and caper beurre noisette; Monkfish fillet, roast new potatoes, mussels & basil beurre blanc; Dark chocolate marquise, coffee sauce & crème fraiche.
