Situated on the 7th floor of the Carlton George Hotel stands Glasgow's top dining experience. Windows has built a superb reputation for both the quality of food - which is prepared using only the finest Scottish produce and service, which is professional and friendly. These elements are only surpassed by the stunning views of the city's rooftops.

Indicative menu: Pan-fried fillet of salmon on spiced potato wedges and red pepper chutney; Breast of chicken stuffed with a sun blushed tomato and tarragon butter, sweetcure bacon, crushed potatoes and broccoli; Deep-fried vanilla ice cream, apple and pear compote, cinnamon crème anglaise.

Lunch: £12 per person for 2 courses (served 12pm - 2.30pm)
Pre-Theatre: £12.50 per person for 2 courses (served 5pm - 6.45pm)
Dinner: £16 per person for 2 courses (served 6.45pm - 9.45pm)
