
Dragon-i Glasgow Restaurant
Opened in June 2003, the Dragon-I restaurant has been lauded as the leading edge in contemporary western/oriental fusion cuisine and the first of its kind in Scotland. The distinctive and beautifully presented dishes are created by first class chefs, hand picked from several of the finest five star hotels in South-East Asia.
Only opened for a few months and already the restaurant received excellent reviews:

Indicative menu: Mango and cheese wrapped in chicken served with mango sauce; Golden fried pastry parcels stuffed with roasted duck and vegetables; Grilled fillet beef stir-fried in a peppercorn sauce, served with garlic butter rice; Mixed seafood simmered in a champagne sauce, served with Asian noodles; Lychee Crème Brulée.
