Indicative menu: Confit lamb shoulder, parsnip mash, borlotti beans, tomato & cumin sauce. Grilled fillet of halibut with warm salad of bacon, raddichio, mini capers, rocket and crème fraiche. Prune & almond chocolate brownies with clotted cream.
